If you wish to register with us, simply bring along your medical card to reception and one of our receptionists will advise you.

Please don’t worry if you can’t find your medical card, you may still register by filling in a form that we will supply.

If you have any concerns whether your address is included in this catchment area or not, please ask a receptionist who will be happy to help you.

After you register, you will be offered an appointment with the practice nurse. It is important that you keep this appointment, as it will help the doctor to look after any problems you may have while we wait for your records to arrive from your previous doctor.
